The price of such courage can be great sacrifice, and even your life. That is why people would often hope for a "superhuman". In this film, there is a man who believes he is Superman. He does not have any superpowers but he uses all his energy to help others, to protect Earth from evil. Yes, he may not be quite sane, but he is the happiest man there is, living in his imaginary world. By watching him, we will realize the precious truth that helping others is not just a duty but an instinct of life. We will realize that we "were all once Superman" and be filled with new hopes and courage to help change the future for the better. Song Soo-jung (My Sassy Girl's JUN Ji-hyun) is a producer going on her third year at a small company. Her specialty is human interest stories. She is driven to produce these shallow stories for the sake of her ambition. One day, she comes across a robber, but is saved somehow by "Superman" in a Hawaiian shirt (You are my Sunshine's HWANG Jung-min). "Superman" claims he's unable to tap into his supernatural powers as the bad guys have placed kryptonite inside his head. Despite this, he is intent on helping others, from saving the world to global warming to rescuing a lost puppy. Soo-jung can see this will make a good story and, with a little tweaking and fabrication, she produces the "Superman Saves the World" documentary which goes on to be a ratings hit. However, the true story behind this "Superman", including the bullet and not the kryptonite that is lodged in his brain, helps the frosty, calculating Soo-jung to awaken to what's truly important in life. The movie will be shown in major cinemas all around Singapore from 16 October 2008. Here is your chance to win a pair of season pass to watch the movie. Amore Women's Day Out this year will be the kick-off event for "A BOND Like No Other. SPORT IT!", a campaign by the Singapore Sports Council (SSC) to encourage women in Singapore to take a pro-active and more zealous approach towards sports. Amore Women's Day Out is the largest women-only aerobic-based sporting event in Singapore. Back for its sixth installment in 2008, Amore Women's Day Out will be held on the 11 and 12 October 2008.

There are different segments for ladies to choose from - "Experience Fitness" for fitness newbies, the 3-hour "Aerobics Challenge" for aerobics pros, and "Body-Mind-Soul" for yoga enthusiasts. There will also be a new segment, the "POWER of 2" that allows mothers to have a fun workout with their children.
