The Raids IPO was 2.77 times oversubscribed. Successful applicants will be chosen by an unscientific balloting process, not first-come-first-served coz you know, 100+ ppl emailed before we even opened registration on Jan 15. Anyway, sorry, applications have to close early at 11.59pm on Jan 19 (tonite, sorry for the 6+ hour notice) or we'll never be able to wade through them and get to the processing of applicants.
