Title	:	Singapore National Barista Competiton 2009
Description	:	Singapore's 2009 National Barista Competiton will seek to select Singapores best barista to send to represent Singapore in the World Championships in Atlanta Georgia USA in April this year. The third year this competiton has been running seeks to create awareness for the barista culture and awarness of the Coffee Industry as a whole. Each competiter will have 15 mins to produce 4 Espresso 4 Cappucino and 4 designer signature beverages and present to a panel of 4 judges who will score according to taste presentation and coffee knowledge presented by the barista.In addition 2 technical judges will score on their skills on the grinder and machine judging hygiene, work flow, dosing and tamping. A great to learn more about the coffee industry and its origins while sipping on a coffee. Come on down to Suntec to support your Barista and cheer them on to Atlanta 2009.
