Grand Prix: The F1 Legend through Photography
Photographs from the Cahier Archive have been exhibited at several Formula One circuits around the world, from Monaco to Montreal. Singapore will be only the second country in Asia, after Japan, to present an exhibition from the Cahier Archive during its inaugural Grand Prix race. With the recent passing of Bernard Cahier at the age of 81, Paul-Henri Cahier continues the work of the Archive. To this end, he will be in Singapore between 24 to 28 September to photograph the Singapore night race, which will then form part of the Cahier Archive.
Formula One enthusiasts and collectors will also have the opportunity to own a signed copy of the photographs from the Cahier Archive as works in the exhibition will be on sale. The exhibition is on from 20 September to 31 October 2008 at the Cathay Gallery located at The Cathay, 2 Handy Road, Level 2, Singapore 229233. The Gallery is open from Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 6pm.
