Looking to organise a Chinese New Year gathering? Let Cornell’s solutions take the hassle out of your food preparation. Bake batches of beloved Chinese New Year goodies like pineapple tart, kueh bangkit and peanut cookies with the Cornell Stand Mixer and ovens. Then, treat your loved ones to a sumptuous feast. Armed with Cornell’s multi-cooker and pan grill-steamboat appliance, you can cook a variety of dishes that whet your guests’ appetites, or have a memorable reunion grill cum steamboat experience.

Stand mixer that can handle all kinds of baking needs
Cornell’s CSM-EL688(B/Y/R) stand mixer (Offer Price: S$189 Usual Price: S$339) is Singapore’s most affordable heavy duty stand mixer. The wattage of this powerful baking tool is 600W, twice of the existing mixers’ in the market. It comes in three lovely colours to brighten up any kitchen spaces: sunny yellow; chilli red; and piano black. Its stainless steel bowl —with splashguard— has a capacity of 4.2 litres. It has an eight-speed function and comes with a 50° swivelling multi-function arm. Accessories such as whisk, beater and kneading hook are included as well.

Ovens that ensure great baking results
Once ready, pop the batter into a Cornell oven for a failsafe baking process. The CCO22RT (Offer Price: S$81.90 Usual Price: $121.90) is an electric oven with a rotisserie. Its capacity is 22 litres and it offers a temperature range of up to 250 degrees Celsius. The 60-minute timer with chime will alert you when the baked goodies are ready.
Or go with the CEO-E331BL/GL (Offer Price: S$169 Usual Price: $289) and CEO-E431BL (Offer Price: S$199 Usual Price: $319). They are table-top ovens that boast a drop-down W-shape stainless steel element which enables better heat distribution. The ovens come with fans, which allow heat to be transferred to the mooncakes evenly. The ovens depart from the usual as they also come with built-in light.

Whip up a variety of dishes to suit different palates
The multi-cooker CMC-E381 (Offer Price: $61.90 Usual Price: $101.90) is a versatile appliance that can be used for many functions: deep-frying, stewing, stir-frying, steaming or even just for heating up your food! It comes with a Du’pont Telfon non-stick inner pot, so you do not have to worry about your ingredients sticking. Its capacity of 3.8 litres allows you to cook for both intimate or large parties with ease.

Indulge in the perfect grill-steamboat experience
The steamboat is a mandatory staple at reunion dinners. Grilling has also become increasingly popular. With the CBG5 pan grill/steamboat (Offer Price: $79.90 Usual Price: $142), you can enjoy the best of both worlds. The pot can hold up to 2.3 litres. Immerse your ingredients in a soup of your choice. Fire up the grill and enjoy the sweet sizzling sound of food cooking. Your guests will thank you for the experience.
