Introducing IPPUDO’s new seasonal ramen on the menu - Niku Niku Tonkotsu!

This is no ordinary tonkotsu but a flavorful mix of pork belly slices and thin and straight noodles, drenched in rich-blended pork broth. At only $14 a bowl, this scrumptious dish is topped with spring onion, and sautéed onions and bamboo shoots with an onsen tamago, which is Japanese kind of poached egg! A perfect combination indeed!
